We have only 2 weeks left before the animals go to butcher! Do you have your order in yet? There is still time to get a deposit in to hold your order for a grass fed lamb, beef or pasture raised Berkshire pork. CSA shares are available for these as well. Kick off you new year with a freezer filled with quality meat. What makes this meat healthier for us all is in what these animals eat during their life span. The quality of grass grown in an area where there are no pesticides or herbicides sprayed. Some grass fed meat has a grassy flavor and a tough texture, not so with this meat. The flavor is mild the texture is tender and the quality can't be beat. Don't settle for less buy the best! Our next drop is February 1st.
