The last chance to order for the February 1st drop is this coming Sunday! Our February drop is just 10 days away. The animals have gone to the butcher and the meat is dry aging now. There is still time to get some of our quality grass fed beef and lamb in your freezer for the coming months. We still have pasture raised Berkshire pork available to order as well but time is of the essence.
We have so many opportunities in the next to months to entertain friends and family. While the weather is still a bit chilly make use of your oven to roast up some hearty meals. We will be adding several recipes to our sight as well as "How to cook grass fed meat" in the next few weeks be on the look out for them.
